How do I assemble the brick figures?

Each of our custom brick figures comes with a unique QR code for easy access to digital assembly instructions. Simply scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet, and you’ll be directed to detailed, step-by-step guidance.

How long does the QR instructions last, and can I download the instructions?

The QR code will remain active for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, at this time, the instructions are not downloadable. However, this is a feature we are actively working to provide in the future.

How long does it take to have my product ready?

The design process typically takes 2-3 days. Once you approve the design, production will take an additional 3-5 days. After production, your product will be shipped. Please refer to our Shipping section for delivery times.

What materials are the brick figures made from?

Our brick figures are made from high-quality ABS plastic, known for its durability and non-toxic properties, making it perfect for toys and collectibles.

How durable are the figures?

Made from premium ABS plastic, they can withstand regular play and handling.

What is the minimum age recommendation for these figures?

We recommend our custom brick figures for ages 6 and up due to small parts that may present a choking hazard for younger children.

Are the brick figures CE certified?

Yes, our custom brick figures are CE certified, ensuring they meet strict safety standards in Europe.

Is it compatible with competitors' products?

No, our custom figures and bricks are not compatible with competitor products.

Ordering and Payment

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our site are listed in USD.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

For custom goods, changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, provided we haven’t started the design process. Once the design process begins, changes are still possible but will incur a fee equal to 50% of the product’s cost.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

What should I do if I encounter an issue with my order?

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided we haven’t started the design process. Once the design process begins, cancellations are still possible but will incur a fee equal to 50% of the product’s cost.

How many times can I request adjustments to the draft design?

You can request one free adjustment to the draft design. Any additional adjustments will incur a fee of $5 per adjustment.

What happens if I order both ready-to-ship and custom products in one order?

If you place both ready-to-ship and custom products in a single order, they will be shipped together once the custom product is ready. Unfortunately, we cannot ship them separately in the same order. If you would like them shipped separately, you will need to place separate orders, and shipping will be charged for each order.

Where do you ship, and how long will shipping take?

We currently ship to Canada and the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping includes tracking.
