Return and Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects or damages that occurred prior to your receiving the item. If you believe your item qualifies for a return o, please review the guidelines below:

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, and this issue was not caused intentionally or through misuse by the customer, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. -

- Customized Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, items cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons.
- Shipping Costs: For eligible returns due to defects or damage, we will cover any applicable shipping fees.
