3. Submission of Photos, Artwork, and Designs

By submitting photos, artwork, or designs to us:

• • You warrant that the submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Photos of Individuals for Custom Brick Figures

When submitting photos of individuals for custom brick figures:

1. You confirm that you have obtained consent from all individuals depicted in the photos (or their legal guardians if the individual is a minor).
2. The submitted photo will only be used for the creation of your requested custom product and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., manufacturing or shipping partners).
3. You understand that while we aim to replicate the likeness in a stylized format, exact accuracy may vary due to the creative and manufacturing process.

5. Use of Customer Creations in Marketing and Social Media

By submitting artwork, designs, or photos to Creadler Ltd., you agree to grant us the right to use images or representations of the final custom products in our marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms
• Email campaigns
• Advertising

This use is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide in scope. You may request in writing that we cease using your specific custom product images in future promotional content, and we will comply within a reasonable time frame.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original photos, designs, and characters. However, by submitting these to us, you grant us the necessary rights to manufacture the product and market it as outlined in these Terms. Any designs or products created by us that incorporate your submitted materials may not be reproduced by third parties without our explicit consent.
